Peggy's Cove Land Use By-Law Development Officer Announcement

The Province of Nova Scotia, through the Department of Growth and Development has contracted with Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM), effective October 20, 2025, to provide development officer services for the administration of the Peggy's Cove Land Use By-Law (LUB).

As part of these services, HRM will process applications for development permits and variances under the LUB through its online portal. In addition to issuing permits, the Development Officer will also oversee compliance with the LUB.

Annual General Meeting
Annual General Meeting to be held May 12, 2025 at St. Peter's Church Hall, Hackett's Cove. Meeting begins at 5:30 pm until 6:45 pm. Doors open at 5:15 pm.
